The investigation into the murder of Driss Assani is about to be closed. But Inspector Yoann Peeters continues to his own enquiries, determined to unearth the little village's dark secrets. He is convinced that the local farmers are connected with the murder, but they seem to enjoy a certain impunity...

Episode 4

Jean-François Lequais, the recluse who had confessed to the murder, wakes from his coma and leads the investigators into the forest. A grave is found, dug at the edge of the road...

Episode 8

Markus, the football club's physio, claims he was the one who killed young Driss. For Inspector Drummer, the case is over, but Yoann remains unconvinced: Markus' story doesn't match with the autopsy report. Tensions begin to rise between the two police officers.
