From all levels of society, Agnès, Estelle, Kader, Fousseni and Kévin reflect the complex image of Abidjan, or "Babi" as it's known to those who live there. Will they succeed in overcoming the many challenges ahead of them?
At Agnès' party, Mr Gnépo congratulates her on her new position as general secretary of the party. Alain and Alicia are avoiding one another. At Estelle's inauguration, Kévin is chatted up by a man. Kader tries to present his soaps to Estelle, too shaken by seeing her ex-boyfriend Dylan again.

As Agnès raises the subject of the social ills she intends to combat politically, she notices a strange woman watching her in silence. At high school, Nina defends Kévin and discretely tries to chat him up. Diouf encourages him to accept her advances.

Mrs Da Sylva, the strange woman who was watching Agnès at the party meeting, arranges to meet her in a casino. Pushed by Diouf, Kévin declares his feelings to Nina. After an argument with the mini-bus driver, Fousseni grabs his keys and replaces him.

Despite not having a driving licence, Fousseni asks the minibus owner to take him on as a driver. When Agnès goes to the rendezvous organised with Mrs Da Sylva she discovers a powerful group of women lobbyists who want to make her the next president of the Côte d'Ivoire.

Agnès receives an email from Mrs Da Sylva with the photograph of a good-looking young man and a hotel address. Estelle struggles to get business for her salon. Nina and Kévin compose a song. Kader and friends prepare to scam a group of "brouteurs". Fousseni signs up for driving lessons.

Agnès suggests to party members that they should provide farmers in a region with machinery to increase their harvests. Dylan tries to apologise to Estelle. Kader and his friends manage to scam a group of cybercriminals known as "brouteurs", whilst Fousseni uses fraudulent means to obtain his driving licence.

Agnès reconsiders the proposition made by the women lobbyists when Mr Gnépo and the members of the party insist she abandons her project to help small farmers. Kader uses the money he'd gained by scamming the "brouteurs" to takes his research a step farther. Kévin is noticed by a producer.

When Kévin tries to sleep with Nina, things end badly. Mr Gnépo and his associates intimidate Agnès who ends up keeping the appointment the lobbyists had set up for her. Kader has a violent argument with Fousseni because of their alcoholic father who beats their mother.

Instead of sleeping with the young man, Agnès tries to get him to tell her more about the women lobbyists. Fousseni's boss continues to refuse to let him drive one of his minibuses. Alain shares his concerns about IVF with Alicia.
