Are we dying for that perfect body?

Advertising, film, television, internet: the ideal of the perfect body is taking over our everyday lives. Subjected to the endless exhortations of social media, youngsters are increasingly turning to cosmetic surgery. How to explain this tyranny? It is still possible to assert a right to be different?
