Are there Chinese spies on Swiss soil?

In the canton of Berne, the former manager of a hotel near the Meiringen military airfield is suspected of spying for the Chinese. But what really interests the Chinese intelligence service in Switzerland? Perhaps the country's fighter aircraft traffic, particularly the American F-35s?
