Lake Titicaca is dying of thirst

Will Lake Titicaca disappear? Sitting at 3,800 m above sea level between Peru and Bolivia, this large fresh water reserve is at its lowest level forcing Andeans to move to La Paz. Are lakes resistant to climate change? What can be done to limit the human impact on water resources?
