My care home in Tunisia

With the shortage of tourists, more and more Tunisian hotels are becoming care homes in the hope of attracting senior citizens from Switzerland. For a price that is the third of the Swiss equivalent, these new style "social-medical establishments" offer high-end personalised services that reassure both residents and their families.
