Morocco: new kingdom of the cannabis industry

To try to put an end to clandestine trafficking of cannabis resin, Morocco did a U-turn in 2021 by legalising production for therapeutic and industrial purposes. In Switzerland, Lausanne is testing regulated sales of cannabis. What are the results of these two experiments?
