The prisoners' daily bread
Each day, the hundreds of kilos of bread eaten by patients at the Lausanne CHUV hospital are made behind the walls of the Bochuz prison in the Vaud. A paid activity, carried out under high surveillance, appreciated by many prisoners preparing their return to society. Report by "Mise au Point".
