38 deaths and so many forgotten
In Canada, the graves of over 1,300 indigenous children have been found in the grounds of the boarding schools where they were forcibly enrolled: macabre discoveries that created a veritable shockwave. In Quebec, 38 officially died in these institutions. Sylvie Fournier's investigation demonstrates that there were actually far more.
A report by Sylvie Fournier for "Enquête", the Radio-Canada magazine programme.
Guests: Sylvie Fournier, journalist with Radio-Canada; Irène Hirt, geographer, professor in cultural and political geography at Geneva University.
