Cambodia off the tourist track is exactly what ten year-old Édouard and his father, Pierre-Yves Lord, had an opportunity to experience when they visited Kep, a crab-fishing town on the fringes of the rice paddies in a rural inland area some 160 kilometres from Phnom Penh.
