The market gardeners Annie-Claude Lauzon and Justine Chouinard talk to us about autumn vegetables. In the kitchen the chef Simon Deslauriers and Stéphane prepare halibut roast in a Quebec miso and seasonal vegetable stock. Stéphane makes an apple croustade and a carrot chili "sin carne".
