This week we meet a young travelling baker, then a family of cheese makers up in the Alpine pasture of La Petite Dent, followed by a meal with Roberto Biaggi at the Lac au Pont restaurant. On the menu: risotto with crayfish from the Joux Lake, bread and cheese.
