Mory Sacko is in the Vendée, at Les Sables-d'Olonne, where he'll be preparing sole, a fish particularly dear to the region. For today's recipe he'll be serving it with a sauce made from nori seaweed and black garlic. Gil Alma, actor and comedian, is on hand to assist.
