Mory Sacko is in Alsace, between Mulhouse and Colmar. He'll be preparing his own version of one of the region's emblematic dishes: fleischschnacka (literally "meat snails", but only because of their shape). A recipe he'll be re-inventing by using Thai style game! He'll be ably-assisted by the humorist Thomas VDB.
