Picnic in the heart of a vineyard right in the centre of Reims, tasting the pink biscuits of Reims with Marie Povoa Vogt, owner of the Café du Palais, encounter with Alexandre Cattier, winegrower, Hervé Dantan, head of the cellar at Maison Lanson, Sandrine Bernier-Delporte, beekeeper, Cyril Brun, head of the cellar at Maison Charles Heidsieck.
The recipe: caramelised pork tenderloin, Champagne lentils and a creamy Chaource cheese sauce.
