At the wheel of her food truck, Sophie Menut travels through Alsace, Lorraine and Champagne to discover the emblematic products of the regions. She meets the local producers, caterers, cooks, pastry chefs and artisans, then creates a recipe in the company of a guest.

Sophie is in the Haut-Jura Natural Park to meet a young farming couple, Lucie and Mickaël Poncet, at the Ferme de la Sablière. At the end of the programme she's joined by Patrick Grosrey, chef at the restaurant Le Pré Fillet, to prepare a mille-feuille of smoked cured beef tongue.

In the Vosges du Nord Natural Regional Park, Sophie has an appointment with Pierre Weller, chef at the restaurant La Source des Sens, in Morsbronn-les-Bains. On the menu: fried sweetbreads and sautéed duck foie gras. But before that, we discover a range of specialities made from buffalo milk.
