On the sixth floor of a Paris apartment block, the Berger family are dreaming of converting their flat into a duplex by buying the neighbours' flat below. Except that these neighbours are very happy in their home. The only solution: sow discord to force them to sell. But sometimes you are hoisted with your own petard.
