Emergencies during the religious festivals

In the Philippines, hundreds of thousands of believers follow a statue of Christ, considered to be miraculous. The largest religious gathering in the world is held in India. In both countries, the fervour of the faithful is such that the floods of people create an enormous challenge for the paramedics.
