Sous son regard, l'étincelle
No upcoming broadcast (for now).
In the 1960s, the photographer Philippe Doumic, who died in 2013, took innumerable portrait photos of the rising stars French of cinema: Godard, Bardot, Truffaut, Moreau, Belmondo, Deneuve... Whilst some of the pictures became emblematic of the New Wave, others remained unused. Why? A private portrait of a little-known artist.
Directed by: Laurence Doumic, Sébastien Cauchon (France, 2019)
