Ivan was born in Guadalajara, in Mexico, and started out as a journalist. In Bordeaux, where he now lives, he has become a self-taught painter and sees his art as a bridge between his Latin American origins and his French ties. In 2021, he founded the Mexicanos association in Bordeaux.

In 1949, Auguste Balderacchi was only 7 when he left the village of Ferriere, between Milan and Genoa, to join his father in Paris. Today, at 80, he shares his memories of that period of Italian immigration and of his own life, closely linked to that of his community.

From Kabul to the vineyards of Alsace, Haroon Rahimi initially faced a long trek through Europe. In Alsace he met Stéphane Bannwarth and Isabelle Kuntzmann who entrusted him with producing wine from several dozen grape vines. Having become a winegrower and oenologist, he now lives with his family in Riquewihr.
