My Alpine meadow for a cheese
The Mille alpine meadow, Val de Bagnes, altitude 2,200m. Each year for the last six years, Pierre-Alain Michellod, his family and employees, have spent a hundred and ten days there, caring for two hundred and fifty cows and living their passion, to make a traditional authentic Alpine meadow raclette cheese.
