Le vrai nouveau monde - vignette

Le vrai nouveau monde

The artist Gregory Charles talks to eight immigrants who have settled in Quebec. An opportunity to demonstrate that no matter how difficult the route, becoming integrated in the host community is possible and diversity to everyone's advantage.

Plus québécois qu'on pense
More of a Quebecker than you might think

Annick Bissainthe, 27 years old, arrived in Quebec as a teenager. She still remembers her native island of Haiti, and continues to feel somewhat isolated. Originally from Hungary, 44 year-old Akos Verbocky, considers himself a Quebecker from another land. In 2017 he published his thoughts on the theme of integration.
