LE REFUGE - CHASSER LES DRAGONS

An unhoped-for refuge, located in prefabricated building in the centre of a Liège housing estate, the "drug consumption room", designed to provide addicts with a safe place for drug use, is open throughout the year. Here each has their own history, dreams, struggles... each tells their own personal story.
