The summer's here. The vines are growing steadily and the winegrowers find ingenious ways to protect the first grapes from the birds and raccoons. At Les Négondos, at Pigeon Hill or at the La Bauge, Nival and Bergeville estates, everyone's rolling up their sleeves as pressing begins.
