A renowned French screenwriter and director, Claude Sautet produced many classics of French cinematographic heritage.
We take a look back at his feature films, with the characters and stories presented with modesty and tact, played by renowned French actors: Emmanuelle Béart, Daniel Auteuil, Michel Serrault, and most notably Romy Schneider. Bewitching and radiant, the actress was a real source of inspiration for him in the making of his most famous films.
