Alone in the world

Downhill from a road, Alex Hugo discovers a car that's had a serious accident. A few metres away, the driver's body, Myriam Ferrand, 40 year-old doctor. It's rapidly obvious that it was murder, not an accident. And that a mysterious couple had tried to save the victim, but in vain.
