From 5th - 10th Feb 2017 the 5th edition of French Food week, organized by the French Embassy in Israel, the French Institute Israel and Business France, will be held in partnership with the Alsace region. The event will be attended by 22 chefs and a French master baker with the special participation of Guillaume Gomez, chef of the Palais de l'Élysée.
With Alsace as partner eight chefs from the Alsace region will be at the event to allow visitors to discover their trade and cooking secrets and regional specialities of Alsace:

This event is a foodie festival par excellence during which French chefs will be welcomed in 18 restaurants in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem, Haifa, Beer Sheva, Tiberias and Akko to work with local chefs at exceptional culinary events such as cooking classes for professionals and public alike as well as numerous charity events.
