Paul à Québec tells the story of Paul and Lucie who live in Montreal and who are looking to buy a house where they can raise their daughter in good conditions. The couple regularly visits Québec City to visit Paul's in-laws the Beaulieu family, whose father, Roland, has fallen seriously ill. A night dedicated to 100% Québec cinema

Your Thursday evening  doesn't get much better than this with the Québec Cinema Gala being broadcast in full to enjoy at home. The Gala was created in 1999 to celebrate Québec cinema for the first time in a special showcase event, which includes several categories, like that of the Oscars or the Génie Awards, which honoured Canadian cinema at the time. The Gala is a cinematographic awards ceremony held every year that recognises and honours the excellence of Québec cinema through the Iris awards.

This new revamped edition of the Québec Cinema Gala will take place in Montreal in one of the theatres in the Quartier des spectacles and will be co-presented by the two famous Québec actresses Guylaine Tremblay and Édith Cochrane.
